Meet Teddy: My Spunky Little Sidekick

Teddy, my 3lb Netherland dwarf rabbit, came into my life during the pandemic, and honestly, I don’t know how I would have gotten through those tough times without him. He’s more than just a pet—he’s been my little source of comfort and joy when everything else felt uncertain. From navigating the challenges of a difficult relationship to finding my footing again, Teddy’s spunky and independent spirit has been a constant reminder that sometimes the best kind of love comes from the most unexpected places.

Despite his small size, Teddy has a personality that’s larger than life. He’s a little grumpy (okay, a lot grumpy), but his mischievousness and curiosity never fail to bring a smile to my face. Whether he’s hopping around exploring every corner of the room or demanding his favorite treats (which he can never get enough of), Teddy’s energy fills the space. He’s not the cuddly type, but when he decides to settle in next to me, it feels like the world stops for a moment, and all that matters is the quiet companionship we share.

At the end of February, my bunny will be turning 4. He’ll officially be middle aged in ‘rabbit years’.  I wanted to dedicate this blog post to him with his birthday coming up to show you all some of my favourite photos of him.

He may only be a tiny rabbit, but the love and joy he’s brought into my life are immeasurable. Through all the highs and lows, he’s always been by my side—offering his love in his own, quirky way.
